Authenticate with a signed-in Foliot Console session.

Who added whom to the platform, changed whose platform role, and removed whom, newest first, limit at a time; nextCursor is present only when older entries remain. Each entry is written in the same transaction as its change and kept permanently. A signed-in person who holds a platform role (Tin Bee’s staff), read from Foliot’s own table on every request. Everyone else, an operator token and an app key included, is answered 404, the same bytes for all of them. A platform owner; a platform operator is 403. A platform role removed because the person’s Clerk account was deleted is not in it.
