Restore a deleted app

POST/apps/{appId}/restore

Authenticate with an operator token or a signed-in Foliot Console session.

An operator token, or a signed-in person who is an owner of the app’s workspace. Never an app key. Undoes a delete that has not been purged: the app, its workflows, runs and history are as they were, and its existing API key and signing secret work again (rotate them if the delete was about a leaked credential). 404 for an app that is not deleted, or has been purged. 409 if a live app in the workspace has taken its name since. Recorded in the app’s credential history.
